[API] Remove old deprecated methods. (#2312)

Browse Source 
* Remove old deprecated methods. Will restore ones that were removed recently based on PR.

* Update example to use non-deprecated method.

* Don't remove locking / unlocking, insets or willDisplayNode deprecated methods yet.
