Klaus e56d5a45af fix: bilingual support for all demo pages + persistent language/theme

- Add localStorage for language and theme persistence
- Add data-en attributes to all gallery items
- Add language switcher to all 10 demo pages
- Demo pages read localStorage and apply language on load
- User language preference persists across page navigation
