Add installationIDs to crash reports, so the amount of affected users of a crash can be determined
...
Uses iOS 6 ASIdentifierManager class or identifierForVendor if the class is not available. Fallback on iOS 5 is to use app path UUID which is generated by iOS when installing the app

This enables building for armv7 and armv7s.
If you want to add armv6 support, since Xcode 4.5 doesn't build for armv6 any more, you need to build with 4.4.1 and only build for armv6 and the device target and manually link the resulting static lib into the 4.5 build result using lipo
