* Start removing ASChangeSetDataController

* Continue removing ASChangeSetDataController

* Remove unnecessary change

* ASDataController is no longer an abstract class, remove its assertion

* Get back beginUpdates and endUpdatesAnimated:completion in ASCollectionNode
